The BEST FEEDBACK you can give will make you feel like you have told your boss they have a lump of snot on the end of their nose πŸ‘ƒπŸ‘ƒπŸ»πŸ‘ƒπŸΌπŸ‘ƒπŸ½πŸ‘ƒπŸΎπŸ‘ƒπŸΏ
 
🦠 It makes you feel a bit uncomfortable and it can be awkward
🦠 It's not about you, it's completely about them and their future happiness
🦠 It's in the moment and not left to the following meeting/day/week/month to tell them
🦠 It's in a private space, not across the table in a team meeting
🦠 It's very specific - you can illustrate the example/exhibit easily
🦠 They will likely feel worse in that moment, but
🦠 Once the moment has passed they will feel so much better
🦠 They will probably be wildly thankful as you gave them info that saves them so much discomfort later on, and actually makes their performance better 
🦠 You could laugh about it after
🦠 Your relationship will be stronger because you will BUILD TRUST
