productivity without compromise

HOW WE DO IT TOGETHER.

LISTEN FIRST.

In a world that commands attention every minute of every day, we start by giving you our full attention.

Through discovery questions and assessments, we identify the areas and behaviours that will be most impactful for your future plans based on research-backed methodologies and a passion for bringing out the best in people.

deliver originality.

You won’t get any corporate jargon from us.

We are creative and humour-led.

Laughter is the most affecting and visible emotion that binds us together.

By creating enjoyable and humour-filled experiences tailored to your needs, the process of behaviour change becomes fun.

We work closely with leadership, and then teams to ensure the connections flow through your organisation.

create action.

Mood follows action, so only when someone feels it, do they want to do it.

Through workshops and coaching, we create action that lifts, and continues to lift after we are gone so your team continues to lift each other.

drive results.

Measure what matters, and do it again and again and again.

Only when you can see it and feel it, is our work a success.

We create clear KPIs and consistently measure them, and empower you to do the same after we leave.

why WE can DO IT TOGETHER.

BC TAYLOR VALUES.

VALUES before value.

Any relationship can only work well when values are aligned.

We are passionate about passion, and when passion is aligned with a purpose for good, there is no stopping the forward motion and value we can create.

keep it simple.

We only like complexity when watching cirque du soleil.

Otherwise, we keep it simple, and focus on connections, control and progress.

That’s it.

be committed and compassionate.

There’ll be no flogging of dead horses.

We ensure all the GGs are fit and healthy, and we always listen to issues with kindness, to resolve and move forward with strength.

We take your future seriously so we expect you to do the same.

levity and learned.

Partnering laughter with education, means growing is a lot more fun.

I got fired. Then I almost got fired again…so I took a long hard look at everything, inside and out (which continues), but I want to share what I've learned so far…

Hi, I'm Bex, and I really loved money. I studied it, I worked & got qualified in it, and I wanted it. But it wasn’t good for me. So I’m into something else now

After said firing experiences, I spent a very long time wanting to crawl out of my skin every day, due to the mistakes I'd made. And then I faced them, accepted them, and started focusing on the future

I had some further experiences that influenced my perspective too;

  • I failed a big application at the last hurdle and cried a lot

  • I retook the application 18 months later and got it

  • I tried to resign 6 months in, and it was REJECTED

  • I had a my first child and started a business at the same time

Through this time I've realised money is BS, & value through progress and connection is everything

For over ten years I worked in three of the worlds biggest brands, Apple, Red Bull and Sunseeker where I put my curiosity for motivation and performance to work.

I learned what a great company culture based on trust, and people development does for customers, teams, and the business’s resulting top and bottom lines.

I took those learnings into MOJU in 2019, the then-start-up, to help create one of the UK’s current fastest growing juice and smoothie brands.

The learnings I have discovered in my career to date include;

  • Companies and employees do not need to fit together, they need to move together.

  • Progress is partially determined by individuals’ specialties and style.

  • And progress is partially determined by the company; their culture, their position and rhythm.

  • The split of that duality is not fixed 50/50; it adjusts continually.

  • Value is personal and needs consistent steady attention like a child, and the dividends are huge if you keep tending to it and are honest with it.

Only when I knew what my skills and style were, and I learned the simple steps taken by the best companies I worked for to support them, could I start moving with them, forward and upwards.

I was then able to contribute more and more value as I had clarity about myself and the environment that brings out the best in me (and their other employees), from all the oddities and generosity I'd caused and experienced before

Maybe that makes me a slow learner, or fast at failing. Or stupid. But one thing I am for sure, is a life-long learner

My experience has taught me how to build brand equity through people and trust.

In the right environment, that is brand centric (where your mission, talent, culture and product is aligned), energy is directed to the work that continually feeds customers, employees and the top and bottom line.

Because of these experiences, my mission is trifactorial:

  1. To enable every person I meet and work with, to feel valued and know how to make others feel it.

  2. To help people know their valuable skills and talents and how to improve them, &

  3. To enable them to use their energy to generate more value for themselves, their work and their communities

So I do that with BC Taylor in scaling brands that want to avoid mediocrity and become matchless through their people and culture.

When I’m not cultivating for BC Taylor, I am running The MOB with my co-founder. The MOB is a community for mothers who want change for their futures and the next generations’

I love to relax by exploring mountains (by any means) with my family and friends, to stay strong through pilates and to stay sane through open-water swimming and creating ceramic artwork.

Send me a message to chat, I’d love to hear from you. BC
