Clear as MUD, strong as TAR

Could you be stuck in MUD at work?

I definitely advocate for getting stuck in at work to make the difference, but MUD is not the vibe that makes great people stay and want to drive great results.

TAR on the other hand is the sticky stuff that you need to build a great company with 💪

On the spectrum of behaviours great leaders and employees demonstrate, TAR is the sticky stuff that keeps people wanting to work with you, and MUD is the stuff that drives people away.

And TAR impacts the bottom line too, an investigation by Oxford Economics in 2004 found the cost of replacing an employee is at least over £30K…. now let’s extrapolate that for the last ~20 years and inflation and that’ll be £50K.

There are many variables within that that would fluctuate for your business, but £50K – that can be a whole person for a whole year, even two 😳

Business confidence is low in the UK, and we are teetering on the precipice of recession, so what are the actions you take, or could take, to make sure everyone in your business is not stuck in MUD, but is stuck on with TAR?

When businesses focus on getting individuals and teams to thrive with TAR, confidence and results grow 🚀
